... to the 2004 Tampa Bay Marine Flea Market (TBMFM) vendor web page. This year Tampa Bay is going to have it’s own annual marine and nautical flea market to kick off the Summer. With plenty of room to keep growing at Tampa Bay Downs racetrack, this is going to quickly become the West Coasts premier annual marine and nautical flea market.

The show is geared toward any company or individual wanting to sell, trade or promote goods or services related to the marine or nautical industry. This is a great time to unload used or damaged good or excess inventory that may not be something you would sell at a boat show or in a retail location! This is not meant to be another boat show. We want to attract the average person looking for a good deal on anything related to water activities. We anticipate drawing about 40,000 people over the four day event.

Money Back Guarantee

We are providing vendors a Money Back Guarantee that says: If the show is cancelled for any reason your booth payment will be refunded in full. Since we will have the show in rain or shine this should not be an issue.

Becoming a vendor

Booths are provided on a first come, first served basis. Vendors returning each year will be able to keep the same booth space based on the established registration guidelines.

Becoming a vendor is a two-step process. The first step is to complete the Vendor Application form (see below). Once your application is received and approved you will be provided a vendor registration package which will include the Vendor Agreement. All these forms can be downloaded below. Vendors may be approved up to May 4th, the day before vendor move in and set up date.

Early Registration

Vendors that have completed the registration process early are eligible for the following discounts. The discount can be applied to your Vendor Agreement or the issue of daily passes for your family, staff or customers.

Prior to October1, 2003; $350
Prior to December 1, 2003; $383
Prior to February 1, 2004; $428
After February 1, 2004; $450
Large item area, $600 for a double space (items cannot extend beyond space)

9’ x 10’ booths (1 parking space)

Multiple booths may be purchased based on availability and will receive volume discounts. Boats and other large items may be displayed in the designated section only. Minimum purchases are required for this area and it is restricted to large items such as watercraft.

Special, short term, Event Insurance is available from most carriers. This will provide the minimum required insurance if you or your organization does not have adequate general liability insurance. This is a very easy inexpensive way to protect yourself and your organization. If you currently have insurance, your carrier will have to provide proof of insurance listing TBMFM as an additionally insured.

Earn an additional $25 discount by referring another vendor that signs up to be part of the show. The discount can be applied to your Vendor Application or the issue of 7 daily passes for your family, staff or customers.

Vendor Set-up and Move In

Set-Up: May 5th, 8 am to 6 pm
Removal: May 9th, 4 pm to 8 pm

Large items such as boats and trailers must be moved in by 1 pm. The market will be secured with no admission after 6 pm or 1 hour after closing during the regular market dates.


Tampa Bay Marine Flea Market (Iler Group, LLC) and Tampa Bay Downs Thoroughbred Racing are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items. One security guard will be on-site overnight. The parking lot is lit but all items should be secured by vendors or removed from the site.
